    Our restaurant was left a mess after a FPE crew came in overnight to clean the hood. When i called (a couple weeks later to discuss) I didn't receive anything in the way of of a two-way conversation that showed the company cared at all. I was argued with regarding the frequency they'd been to our location, i didn't call soon enough and any other issues were all our own fault.
    Long terrible experience short, I received horrendous customer service from a "manager". I ended the phone call by hanging up as he repeatedly shouted, and i mean loudly "you're being rude ma'am". Was i frustrated talking to someone who dismissed every concern i had as my own fault - yes. Did I expect at the very least an apology for having to clean up after their crew - Yes. Was i upset that this "manager" had little to no customer service skills - Yes. Was i being rude - No, that happened when he repeatedly yelled it to me. Please AVOID this company. After using them for years and having one legitimate issue we're left with no help.
