  I am extremely grateful to have come across Ray’s letter from Prestige Solutions. At first, I was skeptical as most people would be when receiving something in the mail that seems too good to be true. But Ray fulfilled everything he said he would in that letter. He was honest, professional, and delivered exactly what was promised, which allowed me to move forward with my life in a way I didn’t think was possible. While the experience was bittersweet, I’m truly thankful for the opportunity to work with someone so genuine and reliable. I will definitely refer Ray to others and won’t hesitate to use Prestige Solutions again in the future.

  I am so glad I worked with Ray at Prestige Solutions, LLC. Ray was extremely helpful in our situation. He was patient, informative and took me through each stage of the process. Often going into situations such as these you are unaware of the many steps which can lead to a favorable outcome and are overwhelmed with what appears hopeless. Ray gave me hope. Ray was there from the beginning -- bringing the investor to look at the property, supporting and encouraging the use of an attorney and thoroughly explaining the proposal before my meeting with my attorney, and being there for the closing. I believe he was instrumental in my receiving a very fair and favorable buy-out. I recommend to all, if you are facing a possible foreclosure of a property talk to and work with Ray at Prestige Solutions, LLC.

  Ray with Prestige Solutions helped facilitate and navigate a very difficult tricky and messy situation with the foreclosure of my mothers house after her passing away leaving far too much of a debt to tackle. Ray came and facilitated the entire process in an expedited time frame with poise and grace. He managed to allow us to walk away with something. I highly recommend working with Ray. He is reliable, expedient, knowledgeable and effective in the work he does. Something likely CAN be done, when you're losing hope, Ray with Prestige Solutions can give you hope again!!

  I had received numerous calls from other companies in this market and *** was the only one who came to the door and face to face. He knew where I was coming from and walked me through step by step. There was no rush and even called in other investors as to get me the best deal. Great to work with as he works around your schedule.
