      Ill be honest, I was a little *****. I did a bunch of research on this company before I ordered, and they never sent me a tracking number. So I started getting worried but today I just got my poker chip set for my wedding from pokerchips.com and they were perfect. The other person who left a review May have had a bad experience but mine came in and I didnt have any issues with them. Theyre perfect. I wish I could upload a picture as proof.

      I placed an order with "PokerChips.com" and received a confirmation with invoice. The site advertises average 5-7 day processing time and customer service or sales support available the majority of each business day. After about two weeks, I had not received further notification regarding my order. I emailed the site requesting an order status for just an estimated ship time; however, my email went unanswered. The next few weeks I periodically tried to contact an agent via support chat, support ticket, phone numbers - (either not in service or just a fax line), and even via the company's ******** page. I even commented on a 'page post' just asking how I might contact someone and was subsequently 'blocked' from further viewing of their media page. I received no reply to my requests. I began to suspect the company might be fraudulent since there were no replies, no valid contacts, and company information seemed less than creditable. I finally initiated a transaction dispute and ironically, (within 24 hours), I received a reply regarding my status advising that my bank disputed the charge, reclaimed funds from their account, and that my order was 'pulled'. I replied that due to lack of service, unanswered responses to my inquiries and support ticket, and questionable validation of the business, I was left with no recourse to begin restitution actions with my bank and report the company to the Better Business Bureau. There has been no further explanation or comments regarding my order even after a couple of follow-up emails asking for an explanation why my order was met with such contempt/malice. In addition, I have since discovered that this company seems to operate under the same elements as "***************" business site commented with similar reviews of customer dissatisfaction via the **********************. I believe these two sites are fraudulently operating or 'scamming' customers for monetary profit. Thank you.
