  I hired Geeksuites to fix damaged shingles in the Fall of 2024. I hired them again in June 2025 to reroof the whole house, after Caithryn at Geeksuites spent time and energy working with the shingle company to describe the actual cost of re-roofing my home, resulting in a more realistic claim reward. I was happy to hire Geeksuites again. The crew worked hard and quickly, did an expert job, and cleaned the site well. The office staff were professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their homes.

  Caithryn is so easy to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew came after I went to work one day and when I came home I had a brand new roof and everything was very neat and tidy. Freakishly uncomplicated!

  We had all of our windows replaced earlier this year, and working with GSE was such a pleasure. Caithryn was there every step of the way, from visiting our house to put together a proposal to making specific recommendations and providing information and resources to educate us about the process since this was our first time doing this type of project. The GSE installation team was amazing and finished the entire project in a single day. We love our new windows - they've made a huge difference in our day to day comfort, whether that's being able to open the windows when the weather is nice or simply being able to keep out the heat and cold when it isn't. I'd recommend GSE to anyone looking to do some home improvement!

  Geeksuites did a great job on the repairs to a portion of our roof. Caithryn was prompt in responding to my initial phone request, and then with the quote. She answered all my questions throughout the process, and was knowledgeable about removing shingles to properly submit them for a warranty claim. Her team did a good job removing and then replacing the affected shingles. They were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up the site before leaving. I would use their services again, and would recommend them to others.

  They did a great job on a very difficult house. They did a great job of listening and explaining things. There were a few communication errors but nothing that caused any issues. I will be contacting them for my next project.

  GeekSuite Exteriors rates an A+ in our book. Their customer service and can-do attitude was apparent in all the staff we met. Timeliness is very important to us and they did not waste our time. Communication was thorough and prompt. Dealing with contractors can be a challenge, but they are very good at wrangling and handling that aspect of the business. We appreciated them being on- site managing the projects and overseeing the fine details. Our final roofing and siding project was excellent. We would not hesitate to refer them to others or use them again ourselves.***** and **************

  Beware the details! We hired Window Geeks in February (installed late June) to replace most of the windows on our home. If you go with this company be sure to detail every expectation in writing as the simple fact that the frames they put on the exterior didn’t match the windows seems to be something they consider acceptable even though that was not the expectation set. There were also multiple examples that were pointed out regarding the installation that were sloppy at best with seams that didn't match up, to expsosed raw/sharp alluminum. Their response was that “you couldn’t notice it from the street”. That general attitude makes me seriously concerned about the installation overall because if they are only interested in what it looks like from the street I wonder how well the installation was done in areas I really can’t see (and matter). This all came to a head when they came back to the house today to discuss “options”. There was no intention of providing “options”. It was just Window Geeks, the manufacture, and the installer trying to railroad me into being satisfied so they could save the money to fix the multiple issues. The only solution they finally came up with was either painting the existing frames they installed (I use the term frame loosely) or have them redone completely. Imagine my shock when they said that would be something I had to pay for!? When I asked the owner himself why I would need to pay his response was that he “wasn’t in the room when the salesperson explained the expectations so he didn’t think he should need to live up to them”. The other salesperson simply said “they can’t afford to fix it because I got a good deal” even though it was clear she knew it didn’t meet expectations. Regarding the install itself the installer said it looked "great!" I'd be happy to provide pictures!
