    This company formerly did business as D2 Wallpaper + Painting. In 2022, he took a down payment but never showed up to do the work despite promises for specific arrivals. After a few months of this, I asked for my deposit back because he had committed to finish stain + painting by June 2022. He again tried to keep the money with more promises of starting. He then decided not to return the deposit because the June promised date was not written in the contract. I told him I was filing with BBB + he said he wld send check. No check arrived + BBB's calls + letters to him went unanswered. As recently as May 2023, he (*******************) told me "someone" mailed me the check in Dec 2022 (not true) but he wld send another one. Again, never got the check...lies continue after a year of trying to get a refund for work never done. I do not recommend hiring this owner no matter what he renames his company. From the first meeting,there were lots of promises followed by no action, deceptive practices.
