Returns of defective or dead-on-arrival items call for immediate replacement or refund with an RMA and prepaid shipping label. Non-defective items or order errors may be returned within 7 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided they are in original condition with all accessories. Opened factory-sealed items are not eligible for return unless a buyback is offered. The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and handles warranty-related replacements within 14 business days of receiving an RMA.
