      I purchased the mini CPAP device and after receiving it easily determined that it did not work and was of inferior quality. I immediately contacted the company regarding a refund. They do not answer their phone and the email address on their website is invalid. After a few days I got an email directly from the company asking me if there was a problem. I wrote back on five occasions telling them that I wanted a refund. They never got back to me to tell me how to proceed. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After 30 days they responded to the credit card company saying that I had not replied within 30 days to take advantage of a refund. This company cannot be trusted they are not rated by the Better Business Bureau and there are many complaints online. Buyer beware of whatever you purchase from them. Ultimately my credit card company found in my favor and refunded my money after I sent them numerous emails proving i tried unsuccessfully to contact them.

      I purchased an item online with Masons Health store on 9/7/22 was sent a confirmation email from the company with an order number and then a second email with a tracking number for the **** shipment. I tracked the item on the **** website, it did not deliver. It has never delivered. I sent an email on 9/14/22 to Mason Health to ask for some assistance and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I tried sending test emails to the ********************************** and every time they would be undeliverable. I then found the phone number for the company and called it but their recording says that they are not available by phone and to email to the support email address! So basically no one is ever going to answer a customer question! There is no way to reach them. But they had no problem charging my credit card. I disputed the charge with my credit card company since that was my only recourse and after a month and a half Mason Health apparently sent a reply to my credit card company claiming that the delivery did happen and the **** tracking number. So my credit card company reversed the charge again and has now told me that I have to write a letter with documentation to prove I did not receive the order. Unbelievable! Meanwhile I retried to contact Mason Health again and no response. There is no one answering the phone and the recording says to email them! I believe this company is a scam preying on people that are looking for ****************************.

      I ordered a product from Masons Health Store on 8/30/22. My confirmation # of order is Y3EFJRYDW. The amount charged to my checking account was approx. $41.00. I paid extra for expedited shipping (2 to 5 days from day of order) and the item has never arrived. Tried calling them, but the recording said they did not respond over the phone. I sent emails to their email address but got back an undeliverable message. I texted to the telephone number and no response. There has been no resolution.

      I have purchased a micro CPAP from Mason's health store. Order #**** on 8/13/2022. I received the device on 8/18/2022. After receiving the device it was clear that it would not be useful so I attempted to initiate a return. The company website states that there is a 30 day return policy, but it must be initiated via email. I emailed the company, and the email address is not valid. I then called the company and the phone number is not valid, and it indicates that I should communicate with them via email. There does not seem to be a valid avenue through which I can communicate with the store. I attempted to leave a review of the device, but no comments were allowed and only positive ratings were posted.
