    Land waste keeps being left, and the drivers lie and tell the office that the can was not out. We have a camera and proof that they are lying.

We have a customer in ******* named ******** but the email doesn't match with yours and the one we found doesn't have any issues recorded. We would like to look in our system to investigate your issue. We apologize if your yard waste wasn't picked up. We have some new drivers, and we'd like to isolate your issue so we can both solve it as well as use it for training, but we can't find your record. You address would be ideal.     Walters keeps picking up garbage at 4 am I have emailed them 3 to 4 times now called them once with no call back still. They kept telling me they would take care of the problem in the emails but they just came at 4 am again today. I have even reached out to the city I live in now and they have called them. Not sure if it is under new mangement or they need new mangement not sure what the problem is but I hope they figure it out soon. 4 am is way to early to pick up garbage in residential areas and the garbage driver should know better. This has been an ongoing problem since July.

    Can you please provide more specific information on your account so we can do some research? We have no ************************* in our system and no last name ****** in the zip code of *****. I can guarantee you that there are no residential trucks out that early in the morning. Our residential drivers do not even arrive at the shop until after 6:00 to prep for the day. This may be a commercial truck picking commercial containers near a residential neighborhood. This is allowed per all city ordinances. That being said, we try to pick near residential areas later in the morning which is why we'd like to find out your details so we can research more.

    It is the residential building behind me on channel road. There is no businesses on Channel road it is all residential. They used to pick up at Garys auto right after which I understand it is a business and not by peoples bedroom windows. But lately they just pick up behind us on Channel road and then leave and must come back later to do Garys auto. I physically get out of bed and look to make sure it is a walters truck. I would not complain unless I looked to make sure. It is pretty much 3 fourplex's and the garbage can is in the middle of all of us by peoples bedroom windows. It has been happening since July 5th between 405 am and 430 am I thought it was because of the holiday but it is still happening. I have lived here for 10 ten years and have never had a problem until recently. I only message you when I am woken up which I think is fair. Granted they came after 1 pm the last time. So I was happy. Maybe they fianlly got the memo. I have tried to resolve this problem by emailing and calling that did not get me very far. So thank you for looking into this matter. I just want to resolve this as nicely as possible.

    Good morning, I was woken up again today at 4:06 am to a walters truck dumping garbage at the residential on channel road. Not sure if you guys realize how loud it is to dump them them bigger garbages. This is beyond crazy that I am being woken up at this time every week. This has been happening since July 5th. I thought they were coming later in the day for a week or so. I guess that ended already. Not even sure if anyone is looking into this ongoing matter or what. Have not heard anything I am gonna call the ********************** today to see what else can be done. Not sure if i need to be calling the non emergency line or what. My only other option would be to move. And that is crazy. Thank you for looking into this.

    Rolled out yard waste bin Wednesday night and still in my driveway Monday morning.never got pickup.tried calling customers service but phone keeps ringing but no one picked up the phone and I can't even leave a voice mail.

    ****************,We are very sorry for your issue. This is one we screwed up. We looked in our routing system and see that the driver (who is new) picked your entire area with the exception of your street last Thursday on pickup day and assumed that they completed the route. This is why no one came back to pick the cart. We unfortunately don't have the ability to be there until pick up day this Thursday and hope your cart isn't completely full. If there are any extra bags we will take those all on Thursday.As it relates to your calling experience, we have no idea why that happened. Our phone system is up and working fine and we aren't experiencing high call volumes. We apologize for that as well and our IT team is double-checking everything to make sure the system is functioning as it should. Again, we are very sorry for the miss. This was a driver error and we are talking to the driver to make sure the entire route is completed moving forward.

    Walters acquired me as a customer from LePage in 2020, where I had a 3 year price guarantee that started November 2020. After a year, Walters started increasing my price without advance notice. This quickly got out of control, going as high as a ****% year-over-year increase! Overall, my bill increased 140% in a 2 year time period. This is much higher than inflation, which has only topped out at 8.6%. Walters is price gouging on an essential service this is indisputable.When I contacted Walters, they gave me a line about their costs going up and offered me a $7 quarterly discount. They wouldnt budge to make any reasonable concession in pricing, even though I offered to pay an inflation adjusted price from my original billing. When I was transferred to a supervisor, he was conveniently out of the office.I had a similar experience with Walters when I was with them previously. At that time, they admitted that they automatically increase their customers bills after a year. This is a disgusting, unethical practice and results in bills that raise endlessly.NEVER use Walters. Their pricing tactics are predatory and unethical. Walters should lose their trash hauler license in **** Rapids due to their unethical business pricing practices on an essential service. I have left Walters and gone to another provider who was willing to provide a reasonable price.
