    We have paid more in on premiums than coverages that are allowed. You would be better putting extra into your HSA than carrying these premiums!

    It's absolutely outrageous how the robot can't understand the very numbers to the account it's asking you for!
    More than a few times, does a person call back trying to get a human being in order to ask ONE question to DELTA DENTAL.
    Robot doesn't understand what you're saying to it. It's always frustrating no matter how level-headed you might try to remain.
    The ROBOT, which you would think was PROGRAMMED to understand numbers, can't SEEM TO EVEN get you past the introduction stage of the phone call!
    It says, "In order to get you to the right person." HA! Really? Good luck!
    Well, it usually just serves to piss you off until you hang up.
    So, when [and if] you're able to finally speak to a representative and you tell them what a horrid time you had with the robot that they have set up to get you into their system. They just don't care, and there's NO ONE to tell your frustration to regarding their robot.
    TRY to read your insurance number to their machine....WELL, they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it other than to offer offer an empty apology when [and IF] you ever get to speak with a human agent.
    Then NOTHING EVER CHANGES.
    It will be the same exact way the next time you need to reach out to Delta Dental Insurance.
