    THE WORST COMPANY I'VE DELT WITH. THEY OVER CHARGE, THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP ON THE PHONE. VERY CONDISENDING. THEY GOT MY BILLING SCREWED UP TWICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND TO ANYONE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO STAR.

    ********************, I am sorry that you feel this way. I have investigated this matter thoroughly, and it appears that your issue is with the fact that you were not charged for 3 months of service, and my staff was looking collect those fees. Numerous attempts have been made to make contact with you, and the last time that my office actually spoke with you was on November 30.We do have many after hours calls that our answering service has taken from you, and returned, however, our call center is open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, and calls are returned during those times. Calls have been returned to the numbers that we have on file, and that you have provided to our answering service. My understanding is that you have been provided the information about the non-payment of the leases for your equipment via voicemail, email and text numerous times since August. It is my understanding that this has become an issue because the service center (who is not under our control) will not service you without payment to catch up on the leases that you are behind. Of course, you were certainly aware that you had not paid for the services at those times, so I am unclear what your complaint is today.Please feel free to call during regular business hours to speak with a member of my staff, or email with them.
