    I received Lasik vision correction in 2013. I chose Whiting Clinic because of their reputation and their lifetime enhancement guarantee. Over the years since, I have annually had vision check-*** , and have found that my vision is starting to weaken. After my past visit, I decided that it may be time to contact Whiting Clinic and inquire about a consultation visit to see if I am a candidate for enhancement surgery. After a few calls and e-mails, I was sent an email stating that they were no longer offering enhancement procedures for past clients due to a buy-out and/or bankruptcy.

    Had PRK done in July of 2023, had a follow up where they believed they went a little too extreme on my eyes. Well since July Ive been working glasses, I paid this company a lot of money and they dont have the decency to call me back or fix this issue. They offer lifetime fixes but good luck getting ahold of anyone. Ive called over 20x and no one will answer the phone, Im very displeased with this whole thing.

    Dr ********************** is no longer at Whiting Clinic but they make you think he is!! I called to make an appt with Dr ********************** and they set my appt up, choosing not to tell me that he is not there. After my consultation, they set my appt up with Dr ******* and I said, wait I wanted to see Dr *********************** The lady said, oh ok hold on, and acted like she was looking up Dr *********************** schedule then told me the other surgeon was phenomenal. I said, ok. After leaving, a friend told me Dr ********************** was not actually there, it was a hostile takeover by a large corporation and she had horrible experience with Whiting clinic after she had her surgery done with Dr **********************, but they would not honor her lifetime checkups after he left. Knowing this, I decided to call the clinic back and see what they would say. When they answered the phone I told the person I had come in for an appt with Dr ********************** and they set me up with a different surgeon and wondered why. They told me, ***** Dr ********************** is retired. No he is not!!! Look them up on BBB, they have an F rating!! Do NOT go here!!! Dr ********************** is down the street at OVO **************************** They were shocked that Whiting Clinic is saying he is retired. Apparently hes been trying to get this clinic to stop using his name, but they wont. They wont change the name of the clinic and they make you think he is there. They even have his picture on their website!! OVO treated me a lot better and their equipment isnt outdated like Whiting clinics is and the procedure actually costs less at OVO with the two best surgeons in the metro and recognized around the world. Whiting clinic is owned by LasikPlus. Thats a big name, they need to own it and stop trying to dupe people, pretending to be something theyre not.
