    Waiting since Sept for a remote for lift chair. Remote is covered by warranty.Days, weeks, and now months later. Still haven' received remote.Thanks for any assistance.

    Customer originally ordered his part from another provider.  However, the manufacturer sent the part to APA instead of the ordering company.  We contacted customer that part was at our store.  Customer then picked up from APA on 10/25.  Factory provided the wrong warranty part.  So APA has reordered the part from Golden Technologies.  The part has just been received and is with a driver to deliver.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

     

    Thank you - thank you - with your help we finally - four months later - received (delivered) the correct pendant/remote from APA Medical! :) FOUR MONTHIS!!!!

    I called this company in order to find out where my lift chair was and they kept on beating around the **** and I cannot get any satisfaction answers from them and I need some answers I've had trouble with this company in the past

    ************************** has a case manager the must approve of the lift chair charges. APA cannot provide any merchandise without that approval. Insurance will only cover a portion of the equipment and it up to the client to pay the rest. Without payment approval we cannot supply any equipment to this individual.
