Deceptive Business Practices by Office Ally:Office Ally sent out an unsolicited Advertisement Pop Up to try their ********************** Tool (E&B);, NEVER was mentioned any fee and/or charges for this service. Standard of Other clearing houses is no charge for this (E&B) service. However, when I was running a test on it, they charged my account $10.00 Fee, and the response was rejected request -- and repeatedly they REFUSE to remove it multiple times. I've been dealing with Office Ally for 20+ Years and Never encountered this deceptive business practice by Office Ally before.Office Ally representatives, including 3rd Tier Refused to respond to a warning of FEE for this specific Service in the advertisement, and/or anything along the process that there is any fee. I have never used this E&B Tool prior and now I know I will not use in future.Office Ally keeps disrespectfully telling me that I have a contract that allowed charges for E&B when we first signed up, this totally False, as 20+ years ago. However, they did change the contract over the years, and burried that fee some 5-7 layers of links on the bottome of that last page where charge appears. Also, E&B was not charged prior to this advertisement.Resolution: 1. Remove the $10.00 wrongful charge based on deceptive advertisement.2. IF Office Ally wants to promote and/or advertise a ************ they should on the same advertisement notice provide a warning that Fee/cost statement for that service. In this case, Fee $10 even if testing.
