    I was driving to ********. The roads were icy. I needed a room. I was told they would charge me incidentals but it would be removed in a few days. I have tried to call the hotel and talk to a reasonable person 7 times! Each time I am put on hold. I asked for the manager! none!!! Then, the front desk guy kept putting me on hold. He wouldnt even talk to me. Eventually, he talked to me and I told him that I was charged $200 for incidentals and the charge did not come off. He told me that I did not even stay there. He said he couldnt do anything about it. He sent me to the managers voice mail and the voice mail was full. He told me at 8 am to call around 10 am for the manager. I called at 11:15 and he told me to call for the manager at 4:45PM. i believe this is a scam and I want my $200 refunded but i cant even talk to someone responsible yet.
