    I made a complaint about my nails that they wasnt done right. The manager came over and told me that they dont want me back in there to get my nails done since I complain about my nail. I have never heard any nonsense like that before. I thought, if the service wasnt right, you talk to the manager and they make all right for you she had someone else to polish me. After convincing her to about 30 minutes trying to convince her to let someone to polish them over, she finally had someone to polish them over and the second lady did a good job. She told me that I wasnt allowed back in there anymore. Just because I made a complaint that my nails wasnt polished right. so manger said they didnt want me back in there for service anymore. This doesnt make any sense at all.

    Business Response

    To better explain what actually happened;

    *********************** came in on or around December 22, 2023 to get her nails done. There weren't any complaints at that time. In fact, she commented on how much she enjoyed her new colored nails. She came back after Christmas on or after the 26th complaining about the color chipping away. We examined the nails and it seemed like typical wear and tear due to excessive water usage - possibly from cooking over the holidays, using your hands a lot and washing and prepping meals. This kind of fading/damage can also happen with specific hair treatment chemicals. However, it is impossible to be sure what ************ had done over the course of 5+ days.

     When she came back in, we peacefully offered to redo her nails for free. We could not offer a refund as it had been several days. ************ requested that we remove the polish, which we did, without charge. We offered to completely redo her nails, free of charge in which she refused over and over again as we attempted to rectify the issue. In no way, shape or form would we ever tell a client they would need to leave and not return or be "banned" so to speak. Unless they were behaving erratically and would put our other clients and staff in physical danger. This was very small incident that ************ has blown out of proportion. We run a very professional and respectful business and would never treat or speak to any of our clients in this manner. Unfortunately, we could not in good faith, give ************ the refund she requested. Everything in total has already cost my business and my employees time and money. On top of that, discrediting my employees and my business is not something I take lightly. We work very hard to uphold the highest standards with respect to our clients. This is why I feel it necessary to respond and explain what truly happened.

    I hope this gives better insight into the situation. Thank you for your time.
