11/17/22 $946.75 01/13/23 $760.45 02/14/23 $97.50 Total: $1804.70 Business committed to provide us with prescription and glasses. After many eye exams, consults, contact fittings and multiple purchases of both frames and lenses, the glasses are unusable. Despite multiple periods of time (i.e. - 2 weeks) of trying to use glasses, migraines, balance issues, vertigo and the inability to read at a close distance prevailed. Continued promises were made that they would 'find the answer' and the eye doctor even claimed 'you have spent a lot of money on this. If we can't resolve it, we will get your money back. Let me know if you need help."Despite those encouraging words, it proved to be near impossible to communicate with anyone in a decision making capacity. We would receive an email with an encrypted voice message attached - but unable to listen to it. When we would respond to the email, we would receive no reply. When we would call the office, they would take a message and assure us that "someone would get back to you" - often it was simply the sales person who couldn't do anything. After repeatedly physically going to the location and asking to speak to someone (they were out at a conference) a *** (no last name given but at ************) said they would not refund due to amount of time passed but would remake the two pairs of glasses. This is unwanted - why would we want two more pairs of glasses that they couldn't get to work the first 4 attempts? They also asked us to share our PHI from the glasses company that was able to properly make the glasses which reinforces their inability to fulfill their promise. They currently possess the two pairs of glasses that we paid for and will not refund.Having an eye doctor ***** and tell us that we'll "just have to keep the last pair that worked for another 10 years or so before getting a cornea transplant" and then inform us that we are too risky for that procedure was deflating.Account: *****************************
