    I was told this is covered by my insurance. They said they checked. I asked multiple times and was told it was covered 100% after I pay my HSA out of pocket. I should have checked myself so it is my bad. I am now getting bills for $1900 and my insurance company says it is out of network. And the $1900 is more than what my insurance says is my cost share. AND I did not get any more relief than when I get the shots at my ortho which is covered by my insurance. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!! DO YOUR OWN INSURANCE CHECKS!!!

    I called them. They advertise on TV that they ARE BBB accredited and that ******** will pay. I called ********-this business is NOT covered by ********. Two lies
