      This company is highly unprofessional. As a monthly parking subscriber in our ************* Financial District class A building, we have had the worst experience with this company when it comes to accounting and not have accurate records. Inefficient staffing from the local representative to even worse 800 customer line support with the representative trying to trip you ** in the account verification so they don't have to help you. If you get through, the good will engagement is non-existent. Ask to talk to a manager on several calls and got the same result - please hold for up to 45 minutes until you finally give up and hang up. I am so happy the property management terminated contract with REEF/Imperial and we have a new very responsive and competent parking management company. It's been 8 months since termination of contract and I have yet to talk to get a refund on account credit.DO NOT CONTRACT WITH REEF/IMPERIAL PARKING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
