    Buyer beware of Deck City and owner ********************************'s business communications and commitments follow thru. While the work of his employee is very good quality the process of working with *********** and his lack of communication and to be honest "dishonest communication" is incredibly frustrating. From the time I signed the contract and he communicated the supplies are available and could be delivered and start in a few weeks - to after those few weeks have GONE and PAST no communication that they can't start. And after I call him on it there is excuses of supply chain (yes but what about pro-active communication). This continued to happen for this over 5+ month project which was suppose to be 2 to 4 weeks. The straw that breaks the camels back is AFTER I paid - there was an issue. He comes out to look at the issue on a Sunday and says he will get back to me with some options on Tuesday. 6 weeks later there is ZERO communication. I called him about 1x per week during that week to ask for an update NO call backs. The only response I get was an e-mail after my voicemail of my dissatisfaction and that I would be leaving all sorts of reviews and file complaints does he e-mail back about how the work is out of scope etc. Never acknowledging the 6 weeks of never calling me back. Never acknowledging that I never said I would not pay extra to address. But he had his MONEY and is moving on to the next customer. Buyer beware. I would NEVER recommend Deck city to anyone.
