    We have been customers of Terminix for 4 years, not because were satisfied with the servicebut because they make it nearly impossible to cancel. They miss appointments, charge you after you cancel, refuse to send any copies of our contract, and offer zero actual termite prevention.Over the years, I have attempted to cancel multiple times. Each time, Ive been told that the service was canceledonly to find myself still being charged. When I call to follow up, agents have either hung up on me, given me inconsistent answers, or promised resolutions that never happened.Ive requested a copy of our contract at least 6 times. One agent claimed they couldnt send it, another said their system was down. Two others said they sent itbut nothing ever arrived.Terminix frequently misses scheduled appointments with NO notice, then shows up days later unannounced. We originally signed up with Terminix for proactive termite prevention. We had never had termites before. They assured us the service included preventive treatments and even coverage for termite damage. Yet when a termite swarm appeared in our home, they denied offering either. They refused preventive treatments unless active termites were present and told us we have no coverage for any termite-related damagedirectly contradicting what we were told at the time of sign-up.I called to cancel before the contract renewal date, and the agent hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back, I was told the service was canceledbut two days later, my card was charged again.We feel completely trapped. We are reluctant to cancel the card because it has several other recurring bills tied to it, but were being forced to continue paying for a service we no longer want and that failed to deliver on key *********** this point, we just want a documented cancellation, a refund for unauthorized charges, and written confirmation that our account is closed.

    Service provided and with warranty has not not been honored. I spent $10,300 for full rodent extraction. Terminex calls it their exclusion program.Since and beginning 4 weeks ago from this date 12/4/24, I have placed numerous calls for service and call ******* date- a technician showed up one evening on 11/21/24. No work was performed and only he will place a ticket.Multiple times the call center has fielded my request for help.Each time I have been told I will receive a call to help with the problem.Each time I have received no call back.Monday 12/2/24 I reached the call center again ( reminder to many previous calls) I was told an appointment was scheduled for today between 12-5pm. To have the problem ******** 3:35pmtoday, I called the call center for an *** to the service ( I have a confirmation email from the scheduled appointment call on 12/2/24). At this call at 3:35 I was told *** to be around 4:******* 5:30pm nobody came and I called the call center ******** with all my calls over the past month- I am told I will receive action to my complaint.Again- never have received any call backs and have confirmed my phone number each and every time and have blocks on my phone to deter any incoming calls.I have been re-scheduled for service via the call center for 12/5/24. Again another day I need to take time from work which has been wasted this ****** request is for a full-and thorough resolve to my rodent issue which was paid in full. Over ****** dollars in May.

Our billing department is currently working on getting him compensation for missed work and inconvenience, and the requested service was just completed yesterday (12/18/2024) Customer *** ***** has been satisfied with the results and has my information to reach out if he needs anything else.

    10/18/24 today I received a monthly statement from Terminex for a years old agreement in which Terminex switched the name of the existing account to my name from my sister **** Butlers name who lives and owns the house at ***********************************************************. She also owns the existing years old agreement. I had paid for services rendered by Terminex that were not part of the existing contract that were done in early October (2nd week) of this year. I paid by credit card in full, I only signed for the services of a garage door seal and attic insulation. No where did I agree to take over the existing contract however Terminex seems to have taken upon themselves to fraudulently switch to my name on the contact. If the paper work I signed for the Oct 2024 said otherwise I would think something that important would have been pointed out verbally by a reputable company . We did reach out to Terminex and after speaking to a very rude CS agent who virtually called my sister a liar, we were connected to a supervisor who said she would handle it. I dont trust them now. My credit is extremely important to me, I am not responsible for my sisters existing contract. I want answers and confirmation this will be handled swiftly. If I see a negative report on my credit file after being told this would be handled, I consider that to be lack of good customer service and willful intent.

    On April 29, 2024 I had Terminex come out to take some squirrels out of the attic and to fix the damage the squirrels had caused. My father payed the terminex representative the amount of $2,139.39 on that same day. They said they will come back out and put traps so the squirrels can get caught. This was done on May 8th, 2024. After this, a week and a half went by and I never received a follow up call . I took the time to call and asked if I can have someone out because the squirrels were still there, and nothing had really been done for the issue. I was told it would take **************************************** back and get that appointment scheduled. I never got a call. I called back and asked what was happening and they told me that a manager was gonna call me back so we could see what was going on. Unfortunately, I never got a call from the manager either. I have tried to get in touch with them through text, since they offer that option, but no one ever follows up with me. The damage at the house is now bigger because they made more holes and Unfortunately it has been raining a lot, meaning there is water coming in. I have taken another alternative to fix the issue. I am very upset with their service and of course don't want to deal with them anymore. And it just seems like I can't get to the right department or the right person to talk about the issue.

    I have tried for over a month to get someone to come out to my home and retreat per the agreement and contract but no one will return my calls or schedule an appointment

    I had them come out for a mouse problem. They sealed a few small areas and placed 2 bait traps. I caught all the mice myself with traps.
