      I spoke with the company to schedule work and met the tech out at the job site and was told that the office would get back to me with a quote. They called me back and told me that they were concerned about the neighborhood and that I should find a different company. My time and gas was wasted and I feel like there is no place for racism in society and or the workplace.

      I can not honestly give this company a star. The owner (Dick) verbally gave me a price for 1 hour of work to be done. The employee arrived 15 minutes early. That was fine. After entering my home and started working, the employee told me the hourly price and materials. I had my own materals, which I told the owner at the time of scheduling my appointment in addition to the hourly price. The employee got upset and called his boss. The employee wanted to use his materials instead of mine to charge me extra. He said my materials was junk. In addition, to him getting upset, he said he will not fix the faucet, which I have my own materials. I just wanted him out of my home. All he wanted was to argue with me in MY home. I called the business to let them know what had happened and the price I was told at the time of scheduling. The owner (Dick) said, "It's your word against mine." That is BAD business!! Needless to say, I will not refer Blaylock to anyone. This business does not stand by there word and tries to up charge. The employee was not at MY home even an hour. I just wanted him gone!!! Have to leave star or cannot submit. I am not giving a star!!!
