Our experience consisted of incompetent work and attempting to bill us (2x) for work that was part of the original bid Our new tub wasnt properly vented when installed. When we removed the old sink the drain needed to be relocated. We created access through the living room ceiling to re-route the drain and join it up with another upstairs bathroom drainpipe. When scheduling the inspector, *** told us to not let the inspector look at the tub drain (since it was a replacement there was no inspection needed on this work). He said it was done correctly but keep the inspector looking at the sink drain and not the tub. The inspector flagged the drain *** returned, fixed, and billed ** $1,200 for his mistake We patched our living room ceiling and applied a labor-intensive Italian finish. The living room ceiling began leaking at the joint where the 2 drains came together. We had another plumber come out and it was determined the ring around the joint was loose. The the blame game started by saying it was the contractor who did the ceiling that caused the joint to leak. My husband and I did the work and didnt shove a 2x4 under the pipe. The 2x4 in question had been there for years. Management insisted someone else caused the issue and didn't come look at the 2x4 that was removed. He stood by his plumber....who did a shoddy job on the tub ventilation and told us to not let an inspector look in that direction. We put this debate on hold and asked for someone to come and finish our bathroom. The toilet, sink, and fixtures needed to be installed (all included in original bid)The fixtures were put on the tub and tested. The **ring was installed correctly and H20 leaked onto our living room floor. The plumber insisted we pay $1139 for a new toilet and installation. He refused to look at the original paperwork and wouldn't leave without a credit card to pay a bill we didnt owe.

I received several quotes for interior water line replacement in a nearly 100 year old home. Soderlin was knowledgable in the way homes were built in the 1920s. They knew exactly where the water lines were within the walls and ceiling. So they were able to give an accurate quote and opened up a much smaller area than initially expected. We were very satisfied with the work and to have such an experienced company in our area. We will definitely be calling them for all future plumbing projects.
