    Terrible customer service. scheduled an appointment a week ago for them to come out. Took time off of work and then i get a call the morning of the appointment to say they can't come out and they can be out there in a few days. Their response was "things happen in the plumbing world". I get that but there's not another person in your company that can come out? And you call the morning of the appointment after we took time off of work? Told us to go find another company, we don't want to work with you after i wrote WTH, not acceptable. ****

    Came to check a leak through our home warranty. Verbally estimated that the shower replacement would be around $1500. I didnt receive the quote for multiple days, and when we got it, it was $4200. I asked for an itemization, and they refused to provide it.

    The issue stemmed from Russell Plumbing Company being the plumbing company in line for the service call through our home warranty company. The Russell Plumbing office staff person told me multiple times on our conversation that there would be both the bathroom sink and kitchen sink faucets replaced in the follow up service appointment for the amount of money being displayed on my end, prior to approving that work. Only the bathroom sink was replaced and when questioned, the office staff said "she did not remember our conversation" from the week prior and that this was a "he said, she said" issue, completely alleviating herself of responsibility. I would not have approved the charge had it been just the bathroom faucet.
