As long as you know exactly what you want, they will render you an amazing product. You will likely want to use them again, as I do. This business is not "beginner friendly", but their quality merits you engage the learning curve to pull it together. Consult the FAQs and that will get you a long way on your own. They don't mind answering the occasional printing question, but obviously would rather you just know what you want.

I was a small but loyal customer of this firm for several years and enjoyed excellent relations with the staff and appreciated the quality of the company's work. Things changed with the hiring of a new bookkeeper, who was rude and frankly insulting, unhelpful when she should have been helpful, and arrogant. My complaint to management was initially received well but eventually when a company has to choose sides they always choose the employee over the customer. Perhaps it was also a sign of changes at the company: small customers began paying higher and higher premium prices in order to subsidize the big clients they wanted to attract. But there to, you'd think if I'm paying more for the same product and service, I'd be trated at least as well, not a whole lot worse. Time for a rethink.Bookmobile

Bookmobile did have payment software issues in 2019 and I am sorry they were not addressed with you properly. The accountant from that time is no longer with our company. Bookmobile does not charge smaller companies more than larger companies. Smaller print runs do have a higher unit cost than larger print runs, due to set up and costs of scale.
