      Rayus Radiology1425 **************************, ********** patient service.HORRIBLE.I took the time off from my job, arrived early for the appointment as requested.Upon my arrival I checked in and was told my appointment was cancelled due to no tech available.I had confirmed the appointment via text, and also had received another text on the way to Rayus, about scheduling an additional test my doctor ordered yesterday.I had confirmed that text as well.I asked about the rescheduling of my first appointment, however I was told they could not reschedule me due to the fact there was no one there to do the rescheduling. ( This was all done in the afternoon; a weekday, not a weekend, not at closing time..)The receptionist could not answer my question when I asked what do at this point, other than toss a card to me with the phone number on it.A bit rude would be an understatement here.I have already contacted my doctor to schedule me with another imaging firm, ANYONE OTHER THAN *********************** question is this; Who can I send a bill to for my time that was wasted? I work for a water utility, and my time is very valuable. Today has cost me money, and several important tasks I had to drop in order to make my appointment on time.I have never encountered such poor service as I did today and will not hesitate to inform everyone I know about avoiding this company in the future.I see no customer service numbers for corporate, only the local numbers. This right here tells me they really don't want to hear from their patients.

      I went to RAYUS to get a cat scan of my lungs on 2/21/25 After taking my copay they told me that they cant do it because it says STAT and there is no one here to read it , so I need to get another script without STAT on ***** , I went back on 3/7/25. Had the scan done and on 4/10/25 I went to my Drs to get my red and he told me sorry I did not receive the results yet. I was in shock that it is over a month and nothing So I stormed out of there and went straight to RAYUS. I asked to see the supervisor of radiology and I got the front desk supervisor instead. I told him what happened and expressed how disgusting and unacceptable that is. He told me that if the test is not STAT that they have a third party read the results and then send them back. He mentioned *****. After making such a stink I mysteriously received my results the next day. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, they are messing with peoples lives. They should be put out of business

      I am reaching out to file a complaint on your glades boca raton ******* location. 2 TIMES I went to this location to get a breast ultrasound AND NEITHER TIME THEY WOULD LET ME DO THE TEST-. Not only did I email your team the report and images 2 months in advance I also called your scheduling team and spoke to multiple people who informed me the records I sent in will work for the radiologist. FEB 2025 and April 10th I went to your glades Location and spent 2 hours there WAITING ROOM FOR A HOUR TO THEN BE CALLED THE THE **** SAYING THE SAME EXACT STATMENT " WE NEED THE IMAGES FROM YOUR PREVIOUS RADIOLOGIST " i EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAVE EMAILED THE IMAGES AND REPORT OVER 10 TIMES SINCE FEBRUARY! AND I EVEN CALLED 5 TIMES TO CONFIRM YOU GOT THEM.once again yesterday they would not let me do my test. they allege they "dont see any of my emails or notes about calls" I then showed them on my phone I had emailed them the report -IMAGES and so did pom mri multiple times since february after the first incident they would not let me do the test. I then called in march and spoke to MANY people to MAKE SURE if I came in again for my april 10th appointment I would not have to go through this nightmare again of being denied my exam. But lo and be hold the office manager argued with me for over a hour yesterday which not only held up the other 20 other patients waiting to be seen but also wasted 3 hours of my day - , i told them POM MRI DOES NOT PUT THEM ON A CD UNLESS I PAY A $60 FEE. AND THE WAY THEY DO IT IS THEY EMAIL ME A LINK AND I DOWNLOAD A ZIP FILE. PERIOD. ALL THE ***** STAFF HAD TO DO YESTERDAY IS EITHER THEY DOWNLOAD THE ZIP FILE OR HAVE ME DO IT AND THE IMAGES ARE RIGHT THERE ON MY PHONE. THE ***** OFFICE MANAGER REFUSED TO LET ME OR HER OPEN THIS ZIP FILE THAT CONTAINED THE 2 IMAGES OF MY MRI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Atrocious employees and business practices. I got an *** and was burned. The *** tech was discriminating, rude, and disrespectful. She spoke down to me, snapped at me, and used inappropriate language.I called and asked for a manager who wasnt available and was told I would be called back within an hour, which never happened. I called again, same scenario. I called a third time and was told I now needed to email the operations manager. I never received any response. The same situation happened with the billing department. They didnt work on getting my ***s approved until the very last second. I asked to speak to a manager three times within a week and was never called back. Every time I have called it takes no less than 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. I have frequently been placed on a forever hold. This company does not care about anything but money. Full of excuses and nasty employee behavior. I am disabled and now Im burned from an ***. *** also filed complaints with my health insurance and the health department.

      I had an appointment scheduled for a breast ultrasound on 12/17 locally in **********. Was given very short prior notice that Rayus canceled my appointment. I had to then call and make another appointment with very short notice as my insurance switches on 1/1. Was finally able to get an appointment in PBG for today(an hour away) only to get there and first find out I need to pay $104 (Was never informed of this) after questioning this, the very nice *** made a phone call that it was supposed to be $40 (again, NO prior notification of cost) Rayus has been hounding me to set up the appointment as they have the script from my **,yet when I get there, they then needed to call my ** for authorization. Then I'm told the radiologist is declining my ultrasound because she wanted me to get yet ANOTHER mammogram. I was probably the 3rd ****** told this today and they were already running an hour behind. Rayus did my mammogram, why wasn't it done correctly to begin with or is this the clear as day money grab to continue to mass bill insurance? Either way I needed a FULL BREAST (both side) ultrasound, why in the world would an additional mammogram be necessary if they're checking everything during the ultrasound (this was to take a min of 1 1/2 hours). Something is wrong here. Either it's the money grab on insurance, an inept radiologist or a way of cutting down on patients because she was so behind. Furthermore why would my mammogram done AT RAYUS be done so poorly that I need another? The women at the front desk were amazing but I drove a total of 3 hours for this cluster of a situation. Now I get to spend FOREVER yet again to get someone in the phone at a call center to attempt to schedule a test I had three months ago and then have to do it again for an ultrasound. If there is truly something wrong, these actions could be prolonging intervention for cancer as I am very suseptible because it runs in my family. I'm disgusted.

      on 10/17/24 I went to Rayus Radiology for a procedure. I talked to them to insure that this procedure was covered by ******** and supplemental insurance otherwise I didn't want it. I was assured that it was covered and would be covered by my insurance. Now I get a bill for $122.87 and they are saying Midicare isn't covering this. I'm wondering how many of their patients have been misled like me.

      My daughter came home from college and saw a doctor for a health issue. The doctor ordered a test to rule out cancer. I called Rayus ************ on Thursday, December 19, 2024. I spoke with a representative named ******* who made an appointment for 12/26/24 at 5:15pm. On Monday, December 23, 2024 at 4:20pm, ******* called me back. He said he made a mistake and the appointment would have to be rescheduled for December 30, 2024. I explained that my daughter is returning to school in ****** on December 27, 2024 and needs an appointment before then. ******* was not only unhelpful but downright rude. He said no appointments were available and said it's a very complex process. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me that wasn't possible, one would have to call me back. Rayus has 9 locations in *******. I gave him 5 locations that we would make work and asked him to find an appointment. To this he literally replied "you don't even know what you want. Do you want me to make an appointment or do you want to speak to my supervisor?" My child is returning to school in ****** in 4 days and needs this test to rule out cancer. The level of incompetence and lack of empathy displayed by ******* is inexcusable. I will be sure to relay this experience to the doctor and urge her not to refer patients to Rayus going forward. If you are in need of a diagnostic test, I implore you to avoid these centers at all cost. Thank you

      On November 11, 2024 I had some X-rays done at Rayus for some medical reasons, until now I still have no result. Ive called many times and twice I was able to speak with someone and was told that I have to wait for the radiologist to read the X-ray and no they cant give me a date. Those calls were made about two weeks after the test were taken back in November. I tried calling them again a few times this week, I had to hang up after having to hold for over an hour to speak to someone because no one is picking up the phone. My last call was yesterday, 12/16/2024 and again I couldnt get anyone on the phone. My ************** have also tried requesting the results and have gotten nowhere.This is bad business!

      I had a ct scan performed on November 13Th. It usually takes just a few days to be read and put in the system. Im going on two weeks since my scan and nobody has answers for me and it hasnt been read yet. I was finally givien the number of the operation manager, and I have not heard back yet. I get multiple scans a year screening me to see if my cancer has metastasized and to monitor existing findings. Ive already had to cancel my Oncologist appointment because of the delay. Im getting no answers on why my scan hasnt been read or when it will be. If something was found on that scan right now its causing me a delay in treatment. I dont even know if my scan was somehow lost because nobody can give me answers or call me back. I cant even reschedule my appointment with the oncologist because at the center they say they have no idea when it will be read. The girl at the center in ******* on Gateway has put stat on it several times and even emailed corporate on my behalf. It diidnt get read and I was not contacted back by Corporate. The local operations manager will not return my call. This is my life and Rayus has no concern for their customers nor that they could be causing a delay in treatment.
