      They went above and beyond helping me. Knowledgeable and professional - I cannot say enough good things about them! As a senior on social security they provided help on doing a probate on the attached lot that another previous company would not do!

      My experience with K&G could not have been better! Lauren and her team were efficient and effective with every step of the process. All commitments they made from the first meeting to the last they kept. The closing process was smooth and effortless as they did all the legwork. I highly recommend their services!

      Let me start by saying I'd give K&G Investments 100 stars on here, if it was an option! Recently my aunt passed away and left me in charge of her probate. I contacted several companies to get bids on selling her townhouse "as-is" and K&G was one of them. I spoke with Lauren who was AMAZING! Right from the start she was so helpful & knowledgeable not just about the housing business, but she also knew a lot about the probate process. Laurens professionalism & commitment to excellence were second to none and that is why we chose K&G. She put my mind at ease with her transparency & the open line of communication she always had with us. She helped me to get in contact with my aunts HOA company when I was having trouble getting them to return my calls, which was really going above & beyond! Lauren is simply a Rock Star & was invaluable to my brother and I throughout this process. Glenn was wonderful when it came to working out the closing with our schedules and making it happen. Everyone at K&G was top notch and did a great job for us, even the Title company they use was 1st class. I highly recommend this company!

      K & G's help allowed my family to quickly navigate out of a sudden crisis. A family member needed to make a fresh start from a difficult housing situation, and K & G's offer on his home allowed this to happen a lot sooner than it otherwise would have. We had sought other offers, and K & G's was the best by far. All aspects of our interaction with them were handled quickly, professionally, and with utmost sensitivity and compassion. Lauren and her team are top-notch! I would definitely recommend K & G in the future.

      Thank you so much for purchasing our home. Great customer service, a rapid closing and fair price! We couldn't have asked for anything more. Lauren was fabulous to deal with. She was organized and always let us know what the next steps were. She always returned calls in a very timely manner. Her real estate knowledge was extremely valuable. We trusted K & G Investment's with the sale of our home. I highly recommend them!

      Deceptive advertising. We received a post card with a fair offer with a 20 thousand dollar range on a rental house we own. When the company called us back they asked about the property and after a long discussion which included my sharing information related to of a grant opportunity I was informed of, the staff member informed me of the offer, which was 30 to 50+ thousand dollars less than the offer in the mail. The staffer said that she had been having to tell others that the offer in the mail was an error and the fault of their marketing department. However, the employee had already told me that they were a small company of six employees. This did not ring true to me, nor did the fact that they would make an offer on the phone without visiting the property.

      When our team spoke to this individual we had a long discussion with them about the property, so we knew what would be involved in rehabbing the property to the quality that we expect when we rehab houses and resell them. After gaining that understanding no offer was presented to this individual. We dont make offers over the phone. What we did do was tell this individual that our offer would likely be in a lower price range than we had thought it would be originally, based on the information we gathered about the property. Since this was not acceptable to them, we mentioned another option that would have given them that higher price that they noted, but they rejected that option also. We know were not the best option for everyone who receives our postcards, so we try to provide them other options and resources in an attempt to best serve their needs.Most people appreciate us being honest with them on the phone, rather than wasting their time with an appointment, when we know our number is likely going to be lower than we originally thought it would be, because the fix up of the property would cost more than we originally guessed might be required. At that point some people choose to not have us out because that ballpark number isnt in the range of what they could accept. Thats a perfectly reasonable response, and for those people we have saved their time, and ours, instead of having an at the property appointment.We do actually have a small company of six employees. Anyone can look at our website and see our company photo and see our whole team. The marketing team that was mentioned is our data list provider who provides the list of properties that gets mailed to. We dont check every property on that list prior to mailing it out to see if we agree with all of the data on that spreadsheet. Unfortunately, sometimes their numbers that they calculate are different than we think they should be.Were sorry that this individual feels that anything that we have done was deceptive.We do however stand by our practice of gathering information and alerting customers to our rough numbers on the phone, and will continue to engage in that practice because we feel it serves our customers better than forcing someone to take time off of work to accommodate an appointment just for us to tell them that our number is lower than we originally thought. Especially if we already knew of that likely price difference based on the conversation that we had with the seller on the phone.

      The amount of things that needed to be done was daunting, overwhelming. I reached out for professional help, and that is what I got with K&G. I was pleasantly surprised by Lauren and her team. They took time making sure I understood every detail, all of the why's & how's. What I ended up with was a written detailed proposal of the offer. Mine to view and review. Questions were encouraged and answered. I highly recommend.
