    This complaint is for ***********************, *************************, and the staff of the apartments located at ********************* in Hermitage, **. At a certain point, certain procedures will need to be forgiven if they're unforeseen. You all have taken money from my sibling 10+ years and this is how insensitive it appears to be from the owners of this property. If the government came out there for an inspection this week, the pool itself is a safety hazard. There's kids there. It looks disgusting. And not to mention the marijuana that is in the air. I'm very disappointed with the higher management of this property. My sibling has lived at this property for over 10 years. Experiencing multiple management owners bc it seems to happen quite often. The regional manager is very insensitive. Let's just say that if someone you love lives there and something unforeseen happens to them, youre going to still pay the late fees. Very insensitive. If this property wasn't in a convenience area, they would have been given 1 star. Just terrible. Blessings comes from being a blessing to others. Like the other reviews stated, the pictures seen online are very old. Dont be fooled. And the one pool behind the leasing office is "green". Untouched in years.
