    One of the worst landlords I have ever had to deal with in over 10 years of renting. Never responds back in a timely manner and does not update any maintenance in the rental home that is broken. When reaching out to her. She disregard everything stated and states only what she believes. Narcissistic landlord. She never fixed anything in the home for us until she learned we were going to move out. One we left she charged us a large amount for things she never replaced in the home for us and accused us of things she put in the home that ruined her own walls. When we brought that up to her she disregard everything and continued to address what she didn't charge for. Katie Kurtz is one of the worst landlords I've had to deal with. Will highly not recommend her to anyone. Look elsewhere. She charge so much for her run down properly and during the middle of our lease she tried to raise the rent as well.
