  They took care of all the details, did a great job and did a great job in communication. The teams that replaced our roof and siding were fast, polite, made sure we were satisfied and did a great clean up job.

  I am so thankful that Liberte took the time to visit my home and provide a free estimate for my roof! I had been on the fence about making an insurance claim for hail damage from a recent storm, but wasn’t sure I wanted to deal with the hassle, not feeling confident we would qualify. But after deciding to give Liberte’s free estimate a try, I’m so glad I did—it led to a brand-new roof, fully covered by insurance!
  Throughout the process, State Farm was reluctant to provide full coverage, creating numerous obstacles and delays. However, Dane & his team did virtually all the heavy lifting, both literally and figuratively, and were persistent in advocating for our roof’s hail damage claim. When we were finally approved, it was near the end of the season, but despite the tight timeline due to State Farm’s delays, Dane worked diligently to ensure we were squeezed into the schedule. He also put in extra effort to find just the right shingles for us. The color scheme we wanted was out of stock by that time of the season and other similar ones were pricer, but Dane took the initiative to locate other brands that fit our needs and budget.
  Once everything was in place, the work was completed promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Liberte for anyone needing roofing services!

  I would NOT recommend working with Liberte Construction. The work was poorly executed and incomplete. My neighbors made comments about the roof looking worse than when they started. The company has terrible customer service and failed to respond to my attempts to get things made right. They repeatedly sent invoices demanding payment, but failed to respond for months to any of my voicemails, texts and emails. After nearly 6 months of attempting to contact them, they finally sent someone to assess the job. He acknowledged that additional work was needed, took pics and sent a team out, but the work remained shoddy. There was an area of "drip shield" that was rusting and obviously hadn't been replaced. Other areas of showed pry marks. When I requested an accounting of what materials had been purchased by Liberte Consruction, so I could compare the itemized insurance appraisal with the actual materials purchased/work done, I was never provided with the requested documentation. Eventually they sent a second team over. This team left metal and wood strewn about and I had to climb up to remove roofing debris that was completely blocking one of the gutters. I then received notice that they intend to place a lien on my property. I responded to the lien email with a request for the documentation I mentioned above and got zero response. I would recommend that you stay far away from Liberte Construction.

  Dan ********* at Liberte helped me out with my roof while I was living out of state. He helped everything go smooth, and was able to get me better shingles. Thank you Dan - I highly recommend going with Liberte Construction!

  A hail storm damaged the roof on my home during the summer of 2023. Field Representative Dillon from Liberte Construction stopped by and examined my roof and determined there was enough damage to file a claim. Dillon met with the adjuster and the claim determination was decided. Production Manager Dane than took over the project. Dane went over the insurance claim with me and the details of the contract. Dane also assisted with choosing the correct shingles. The work crew was very efficient and did a great job. Brad the Quality Assurance Manager followed up at the conclusion of the. The whole project was handled very professionally.

  I had a hail storm go through my area in the fall of 2023. Some of my neighbors had some roof damage so I thought I better have my house checked for any damage. My parents used Liberte Construction when they had hail damage this past year. Since Liberte did such a great job taking care of their damage, I knew I wanted them to take care of my home and they did not disappoint. The whole process from start to finish went extremely smooth. I couldn't be more happy with the end result. I highly recommend Liberte Construction for any of your construction needs.

  We are selling our house and the buyer’s inspector found one minor item that needed to be corrected on the shingles. I spoke with Jason at Liberte. He was very helpful and connected me with Fio, who promptly arranged for someone to come out to the property to make the repairs. Chris showed up on time and resolved the concern quickly. Nicarla from the invoice department quickly helped me with the paperwork to help document the repairs that were done. Everyone was very professional and showed concern to help resolve the issue quickly. I really appreciate that the Liberte team stepped up and quickly resolved the issue.

I don't know the names of all the people that we had contact witht but they were all helpful and very pleasant to work with. Will definelty contact them again if needed!
