  Excellent company. They actually prioritiz client care when there are alot of companies ojt there that aren't. Communication and expectations are clear and easy to follow

  Very toxic company. Never have I been subject to the abuse, manipulation, such a toxic environment as Rightway. The IHS Coordinator is nice to you to your face and then the minute you turn your back, she verbally attacks you and insults you to other employees. The owners are very nice people, however I believe if they would take care of the current IHS Coordinator, their program would be 100% better. I was her assistant for a mere few weeks and I could not take her abuse and toxicity any longer. It was ruining my mental health. I would show up early and get myself ready to tackle the day and the minute she walked through the door, there was an issue as to what I was doing, the way I was doing things. You get shown something one time and if you don’t obtain the information that one time, it becomes a huge issue. I was even reprimanded the way I wrote an email and the way I clicked on a document on the computer. Let me say that again: I was told by my boss that the way I clicked on a document was WRONG. I have met some of the nicest people that work at this company and this company would be such a strong, successful company if it weren’t for this certain coordinator. Truly, this is the worst company I’ve ever worked for and it all has to do with the micromanaging, toxic, disrespectful, narcissistic, gaslighting, abusive coordinator.

  RIGHTWAY HOME CARE SERVICES RESPONSE TO EMILYS REVIEW; The review comes from an individual that worked for Rightway only 4 weeks ending in October, 2022. Out of the 4 weeks took a 5-day vacation. At no time was she reprimanded for clicking on a document incorrectly. She wasnt familiar with how to find documents, send emails or the procedures followed for the *** program. She would be shown the written instructions to complete a task and choose not to follow step by step. Which resulted in missing information needed. Spent a good majority of her time on her phone checking messages. During the short time that she was employed she told the *** Coordinator that she was not taking her mental health medication. When asked why she said it was because she no longer could get refills until she saw a doctor. She would have been given the time off to follow up with her doctor and start her meds again. It was her decision not to do so. She worked with a migraine headache most of her employment here. I find her complaint unfounded and possibly encouraged by another worker that is still employed by Rightway as this review was posted over 5 months AFTER she left.

  This was the most difficult agency we have ever worked with. Management was rude. The lead worker in our home treated the other worker with absolutely no respect. They were not at all dependable. We never knew if someone was really going to show up. They changed the schedule multiple times a week and did not inform **. We finally had to fire them as it was too chaotic and downright toxic to have them involved in our home.

  Rightway was given a referral to prvide services for three siblings with disabilities. Our program is to teach life skills, seeing each client once a week for no less than 3 hours. We were asked to do more including ADLs as the parents were looking for staff to provide services more along the line of a group home. Guardian wanted staff to see only these clients and not other clients also. We were unable to provide services the way Guardians would have liked due to not having a license for a group home. As for the lead worker disrespecting her co worker, as soon as Supervisor was made aware of the manner she was treating the other worker discipline actions were taken. Overall our program was not the services that would have been beneficial to the clients based on their disabiities and restrictions the Guardian had in place.
