    I recently had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Karin's Services for gutter cleaning.The team they sent to my home had to come back a second time because they did not clean the gutters on the left side of the house, and they were still willing to invoice me at the full amount of $212 when the job wasn't fully completed.Additionally, each time the team came to my property, they conducted themselves very unprofessionally and also left damages to my property and were negligent.They broke two of my gutter guards and left one on the ground and another one loose on the top of the house where I can't reach it. They left gutter debris around the house. They also pulled a gutter loose at the top of the house and there appears to be roof damage. My neighbor who runs a daycare also told me that she saw the team try to put their ladder against my north facing window and she had to tell them to move it for fear that it would break the window. The team seemed to lack the proper training and behaved in a very juvenile manner with no regard or consideration for the damages they caused.I reported this to management while also providing photographic evidence, and I received a response stating that I would still need to pay at least half of the invoice because they came out two times- even though the reason they came out a second time was because they didn't complete their job correctly the first time.All and all, I am very dissatisfied with this company and their performance. I seriously considered taking it to small claims court to receive restitution for the physical damages to my property.I would not recommend this company's services to anyone for any reason given my terrible experience.

    Copying/pasting the same review on 2 web sites is really.wow.


    You left out that your goal was to not pay for your gutter cleaning service you wanted it FREE!


    This review is simply fabrication and dishonesty. The gutters were cleaned properly the first time. We returned a 2nd time in an attempt to make you happy but clearly thats impossible. You were not at the property during either visit. Your house already had damages and is overgrown. The crew assumed you were aware that your low quality plastic gutter guards were not working properly since they were falling off when they arrived the first time. If the crew put a ladder on your window it would break, but it isnt the case. We were willing to lower the cost again to try to make you happy but clearly you wanted a Free service.
