    They are liars. When I scheduled the procedure during my first and only visit to their office for the consultation, I was only told that i needed someone to drive me after the procedure. I had my ********************************* home n the day of the procedure. When they called to schedule 10 days beforehand, they told me I had to have someone ************************************************* for 24 hours post op. I told them I had no one available over 18. They said it was a law. I asked them to show me where it said this in their documents because I was not told this when I paid the entire amount at the initial visit. I then asked what law that is because Im a neurosurgeon and *** never heard of this law. When I called about my refund, the scheduler said I am losing the deposit amount of my payment because Im canceling within 3 weeks of the procedure (even though I never paid a deposit. I paid the entire amount all at once) I said THEY canceled my procedure because I didnt have someone who was *************************************** for 24 hours after surgery. In addition, I would not reschedule with them because they lied about the law and they never told me about the 18 year old requirement. I asked for them to tell me where its stated that I need someone 18 and the person there (the scheduler) just kept repeating that I need someone 18 but would not tell me where it said that or when I was told. She threatened to keep 50% of my entire payment at that point. These are deceptive and dishonest business practices.
