    This place is horrible. I've been fighting with them for months to get them to properly submit my claim to Medicare. I actually started to wonder whether the bill was a scam, given the fact that I get billed weekly for this claim, plus the phone number on the bill has been flagged as potentially a 'scam' number. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

    Ms ******* please allow us to apologize for the unacceptable manner in which your account issue was handled by our billing office. We have subsequently alerted the call center and requested a full evaluation of your conversations with the call representatives.  Its clear that our protocol for escalating calls was not followed in this instance.  We will implement a corrective action and have the call center employee re-trained on our escalation process. 

    Its our understanding that we have now received your correct ******** number. Your claim was accepted by ******** and should be paid quickly.  Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Our ********************* can be reached at ************ Option 3, if you would like to speak with our Practice Administrator.  Thank you.
