    The employees wanted to tell me to pay my balance before renting an additional unit to my business. I asked the employee if renting an additional unit to me while I had an outstanding balance was a company policy or a personal decision and ***** said, Its my personal choice not to rent an additional unit to you at this time. They said my balance needed to be paid up in full so I said can I get the smaller balance paid off now and get a new unit and she told no. Refused service to my friend who was with me also because *** said I could still get in the building. I think these ppl want to purchase my belongings and they are trying to prevent me from paying
