      On 3/11/2025 I was accepted to participate in the drivers diversion program I sent in $150 and was e-mailed a acceptance letter and asked to call back for more details since March 11. Ive left over a dozen voicemails asking for a phone call to discussmy next steps. I havent received any emails or phone calls 0 voicemails Ive paid for service and sent them documents to get approved for the program (diversion solutions) has a phone call menu theres nobody there to answer the phone Ive left so many messages and never got any response i needed help from drivers diversion solutions paid for the service received a letter of acceptance and havent heard anything since Im complaining because I want what I paid for the policy I signed and sent in said if not accepted into the program I would receive 1/2 of the money back from diversion solutions!I was accepted, but did not receive and service

      Mr. ********* was accepted into program on 3/11/25.  We reached out to let him know. 

      We received ONE voicemail, not a dozen as reported, on 3/14/25, returned the call and left a voicemail, detailed with the next steps to follow. 

      On 3/20/25, we noted his wife was going to make his first payment.  Emailed online class link, contract and pledge.

      He completed class, contract and pledge on 3/25/25.   

      We emailed DVS 3/28/25, he was ready for reinstatement and met all requirements. 

      On 3/28/25, we emailed Mr. **************** "have requested your license to be valid..." "To ******************** your status online, please go to: (sent the link)

      4/2/25, we rec'd voicemail "Hi! This is ****** **********, and I have I've taken the written test, and I've sent my proof of insurance. But I I? Well, 1st of all, I can't make a payment right now, because I'm kind of in a in a hard place. but I will be able to in probably a week, 2 at the most, and I guess I just need to know what the next step is moving forward. Now that I have my my written test completed, and I've paid the reinstatement fee. You can call me back again. My name is ****** *********. My file number is 4, 1, 3, 6, 7, 0 you can call me back. My phone number is 3, 2, 0 9, 8, 2 l. 9, 8, 1. If you could just give me some more directions. I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot. Bye."

      4/6/25, we received notification that Mr. ********* was now valid.

      4/8/25, Mr. ********* made another payment.

      His file is in good standing.  His license is valid.  We are doing our job, perhaps not as quickly as Mr. ********* would like, but he was valid within one month of being accepted into the program.
