    Absolutely awful! ***** kept postponing when he would come out to "finish" the job. He removed essentially 3 tiles in my bathroom AFTER I had already sawed out the grout and started to rip them up myself.I found some black mold between the flooring after removing my toilet so thought I'd better call a professional. After rescheduling on me twice already he finally came back to do the work but left after only a few hours and said he "didn't have the proper tools to complete the job" which was to remove a 2'x 2' section of my flooring. He again said he'd be back to "finish" the other part of the job (literally just cleaning off a corroded pipe which I ended up doing myself in less than 10 minutes) that evening but then told me he wouldn't come back until 2 days later to "finish". No explanation. Just said "I don't think I'll come back tonight. I'II come back out on Wednesday." It was Monday at 3pm when he told me this. I have one bathroom, a broken foot, and NO WORKING TOILET!Now he's trying to charge me over $800 for the "work" he did even though I had to pay somebody else to do it.I kept trying to call him to pay for the few hours he did work but he never answered my calls or returned my voicemails. Finally I emailed him and got a response that he was "$.07 off" on his quote which was originally over $1000. He said hed send me an updated invoice, but I had to follow up with him 2 WEEKS LATER and again ask for an itemized receipt. I SHAT IN A BUCKET FOR WEEKS because ***** couldn't be bothered to properly investigate the job fully before starting and dicked me around with scheduling only to barely do any work at all. Photos included of how ***** left my bathroom. Do not use this company. ***** is the owner.
