  Great care and service while you're there. But good luck getting a prescription through anyone but them, which is online through a separate system/ 3rd party. They refused to fax a prescription for my pet while I am traveling for work. In addition, they refused an option to physically pick up the perscription at the clinic. They offered no options to pick up the medication at the clinic, which makes no sense. They also offered no good explanation of why they wouldn't fax other than "we don't work with 3rd party pharmacies", which their system is a 3rd party.They also stated they would follow up in 3 weeks after the initial appointment, but I had to call them after they didn't reach out to renew the needed perscription.I now have to schedule my pet an appointment at another clinic to get needed care and medication.I went to an AAHA vet in ** and was charged less than HALF the price that MAH charged me. Minnetonka Animal Hospital is a scam, they take as much as they can from you without giving proper care.

Allow me to clarify some things if you would.As an AAHA accredited hospital, our standards mandate supplying pharmacy products whose provenance can be guaranteed. Outside pharmacies have been known to provide counterfeit or outdated medications. While oftentimes things turn out fine, we cannot guarantee the product and will not work with these agencies directly. The pharmacy associated with our website is a veterinary specialist governed business able to provide us guarantee of their products. The online pharmacy you found, "Tractor Supply," based is *******, is one with whom I am wholly unfamiliar. To accommodate our clients who choose to utilize third party pharmacies, we are able to supply a written prescription we can mail or have the client pick up. I have spoken with the technician with whom you were working. The request to pick up a physical prescription was offered to you and does still stand. This written prescription, or the medication itself, are here available for you and can still be mailed to you USPS.When we spoke on Monday, Jan 8, I gave you information on your refill options and let you know you would need a physical prescription to choose an outside pharmacy. I looked into pricing for you and sent you info on the best option we were able to provide.While we work with many clients who come to us from a distance, it does require a good deal of planning ahead.
