    I received the refund and I'm very pleased.
    I know my patio door is old and will need to be replaced, but I just don't have that kind of money right now. I will keep Dorglass in mind when the time comes.

    I live in a condo in Eagan, MN our management company told me to contact Dorglass to repair my patio door.
    I contacted Dorglass and they came out and replaced the rollers on my patio door, aligned the door so it closed properly and also washed the glass for $441.00. The door was working great.
    Almost two years to the day I started having issues with my patio door not closing all the way. The rollers were working, for some reason the door would not close. I called Dorglass and told them about the problem I was having.
    Dorglass sent someone out when Josh fron Dorglass came he said he didn't understand why it would not close because the rollers were working just fine. Josh said that he was going to go back to the office and talk with his boss (Dusty) and they would let me know wjat needed to be done to fix the door.
    I waited a couple of days since I haden't heard anything from Dorglass I s sent an email to Dusty asking him if he had spoken with Josh abuot my door. I got no response to my email.
    I waited a couple more days and sent another email asking Dusty to please let me know what needed to be done to fix my door. Still no response.
    I sent another email saying please let me know what needs to be done to fix my door.
    I called and left a voice mail and got no response.
    I waited a few days and called agaon this time I got the reseptionist I told him that I could not get Dusty to respond so he said he would take a message and would hand deliver it to Dusty. To this day I have not received a response.
    I did finally find out from another company in Eagan, that I needed new weather stripping. The new company did come out and replaced the weather stripping for me.
    I think this is a very poor way for a company to do business. I know I will not be using them again and I will not recommend them to anyone else in my bldg.

    We have refunded the customer all of her money. This is not the way we want to be remembered. It is our fault we did not communicate with her in a prompt manner. **************** will be contacting her.
