      Medica advertises on the Government Healthcare Market Place that (Heartland Health Medical Clinic) is an in-service network provider. After making payments to them for 3 months our bill was denied coverage stating that the clinic was not an in-service provider. I talked to customer service about this issue and they verfied that yes it is listed as ********** on the Market Place but that they are indeed not an in-service provider. My choice on Insurance Provider was based on the Clinic being in-service, therefore I believe Medica has made a fraudulent claim by listing them as in-service. They would do nothing about the fraudulent listing nor about the charges which were denied. I believe they should reimburse the 3 months of premiumns they collected of $930 plis the denied charge of $140 to the clinic.

      Medica insurance is wrongfully charging people for an annual wellness exam. They say they are reviewing but after talking with the doctor for an hour it still is on my bill after several months of complaining!

      They sent another paper bill and have not removed the charge from my account.  This was a charge from almost 5 months ago!

      This still has not been resolved. I paid the bill as what I calculated as appropriate with discount and services and after deductible.  Their customer service will not call me back to resolve!  Now they are stating the balance is overdue and will most likely send to collections.  SSM health billing needs to be audited!!!  Please help.  Thank you, *******************

      Medica ************** plan's doctors do not respond and provide commentary on procedures and tests in a reasonable amount of time which costs me more time and money.....as well as delays my ability to get healed.I have a medically need MRI that my chiropractor (in network) is trying to order because my primary care doctor through north memorial would not. My chiropractor already had to order an xray of my mid back because my north memorial doc ignored me when I said the pain starts in the mid back. I handed him everything in writing so it would be clear what is happing to me. That mid back xray showed a scoliosis in my spine.............THAT WAS IMPORTANT THAT HE MISSED.So now my chiropractor wants me to get an mri of my back. Medica is telling me this will take 2 weeks to approve because its out of network.Meanwhile.....I make a living with my hands and I can't feel them. In 2.5 weeks I've gone from being a professional piano player to not being able to tie my own shoes. I CAN'T WORK WITH OUT MY HANDS WHILE YOUR DOCTORS ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

       I am rejecting this response because:  I asked for a phone call and instead they sent me a long, long letter of c*** to read.  This proves the essence of my complaint...they do not care about me and my medical needs or else they would have called.
