Right off the bat they were 35 minutes late (after I see them sitting on the street in their car the whole time). Very unprofessional from the get go - held their business card in their mouth before handing it to me, didn't even go up into the attic to check the insulation and showed me no pictures. Total they were here for less than 10 minutes and assured me everyone has rodents in their ceilings, so it was "normal". We will DEFINTELY not be going with this company and I suggest you don't either.

Note, the current owner has only been in business about a year.Problems:1. The day of the job, they forgot to order a dumpster. No one had any paperwork, which isn't a problem if you can remember what you're supposed to be doing, but clearly they didn't as you'll see. Our job was not just a simple blow in, our proposal went from **** to over ***** because of additions.2. They broke the door to my attic and instead of telling me or fixing it, they put the 2 pieces together and set it in the opening and put the arm down, and the only reason I found this out was because of #3.3. Before I paid the invoice, I just had a feeling they did not wrap my kitchen vent, even after I asked them and they assured me they had, but I knew I could see that particular vent from the attic opening, so I climbed the ladder, opened the door, which fell apart, and saw that they did not wrap the vent. They came back, finished, and fixed what they broke.4. The next day, after I had specifically told them to please! not get any insulation in my vent or wrap it too tightly where it will obstruct the flow, my kitchen fan stopped working. A few days later they came back, supervisor **** said he's worked in HVAC, and it's the fan, I need a new one. It was almost like he was insinuating it was already broken, but his guy decided to open up the hood and pulled out insulation that had gotten into the fan. Fan started working, imagine that.5. When I was filing for an energy rebate from Xcel, Koala received an email from them saying that I needed a blower door test. No one passed this on to me, so in Dec when I reached out to Koala on why I hadn't received my rebate, **** told me I wasn't eligible because I didn't have a start number prior to the job and said it wasn't his responsibility to let me know this even though I specifically hired this company because they said they were an active trade partner with Xcel and by hiring one of these companies, I would receive a substantial rebate.
