it took this company to denied by request for a home loan, im a Veteran and a single female trying to buy a home. was told that after 60s of underwriting requesting small items that because i was not current with my Banksrupcy that they cant do a loan but put under the reasons
SERIOUS DELINQUENCY, PUBLIC RECORD, OR COLLECTION FILEDNUMBER OF ACCOUNTS WITH DELINQUENCYTIME SINCE DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION IS TOO SHORTLACK OF RECENT REVOLVING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
not that i had to get the courts approval and the trustee agreed to letting me get the house they still took 30 more days and dragged it out until the date of my closing then decided they could not help me.

Loan was denied by the lender due to credit report and the clients bankruptcy. Lender notified us on June 24th and we let the client know immediately and send a denial letter from the lender to explain.Z. P.

yes after 60 days and put me thru hell
i gave them everything they asked for but dragged it out until the day before my closing date then decided to deny me a home. used that i missed 24 months of payments but then changed it on the letter to something else
