Unfortunately, I was also treated very poorly, and strongly believe that I was being exploited by Sears Imported Autos Mercedes-Benz of Wayzata. I took my 2016 Mercedes-Benzes GLE coupe 4dr silver color into Sears Imported Autos of Wayzata with two problems: 1) a shifting problem and a Malfunction reading. My vehicle was kept for two weeks and was told after that the total cost to fix the two problems was little under $1,700 including a dynastic check to figure out the problems. I agreed but it took over two weeks to get my vehicle ready. I received a call after the end of the two weeks that my vehicle was ready for pick up, but they had to do a test run. I later received a call from the Service Manager after the test run advising that they fixed the shifting problem, but the Malfunction reading is still reading on the ditch board, so they’ve to do another dynastic check for an additional $209 for the same problem and after a paid the first amount. We had a heated argument for the $209 additional dynastic check fee for the same problem. I finally agreed to because I wanted my car fixed. I was given a loaner car to use for the weekend. I received a call on a Tuesday, the following week and was advised that the key to my vehicle was missing and they will have to order a new key that will take couple of days. I didn’t get a call back until Tuesday the following week when I was advised again that my keys was ordered but the charge to fix the Malfunction reading on my vehicle would be an additional $1,600 and change after I have paid to have the problem fix in the first amount I was charged.
We had another heated argument, and I finally went in after two days, made the additional payment and drove my vehicle out of the parking lot only to find out that the Tire Pressure Sensor(s) wasn’t reading and the ditch board reading “Radar Sensors dirty”. ......continue WT

Unfortunately I was treated very poorly at the body shop when I stopped in for an estimate
1- the man behind the desk never came to the window and asked if he could help - just asked if I had an appointment from his desk - I said no but I could ask for one - and he said “just fill out the form” so I did and he said they could help in a few minutes so I stood there about 10 minutes - never being told there was a waiting room
2- the person came out of the shop and said “let’s get you taken care of” and I followed him out to my car and told him the small paint job I needed done and he opened my car door and asked “where’s the paper work?” And I said “what paperwork” and he asked “who’s paying?” I said “the guy who did this””, not me” and so he repeated two more times about the paperwork instead of explaining what the paperwork was that he wanted and I didn’t have! Then he shouted at me “to go somewhere else because I wasn’t listening to him!! This all probably took 2-3 minutes. I was flabbergasted and went back into the building and told him that was “asshole behavior” and went into the State Farm office next door and he followed me in the office and called me a ******!!! In front of the State Farm staff!! He never would have treated a man this way and shouldn’t be allowed his keep his job and needs anger management training!!
Don’t go the this body shop - they are all rude!!!
My State Farm staff that shares the same building as the body shop took care of me and explained what paperwork they wanted - a claim number from the insurance that was paying for the work - I didn’t know I had to have that before I could get an estimate!! What if no insurance is paying for it?????
      DON’T go here !!!
This has nothing to do with the bodywork only the office and bodywork manager - they are rude
