    We ordered carpet from Flooring Expo and agreed to have their team install it. We agreed to buy a higher quality carpet to have it for 20+ years, approx $8,000. The installation was on December 18, 2024. When we went to move our furniture back we noticed multiple snagging in various parts of the carpet. We do not have pets, we had not vacuumed and the kids hadn't even played down there yet. We took multiple photos and sent our concerns to Flooring Expo. Flooring Expo corporate did a test on the type of carpet we bought and stated "that carpet should definitely not be unraveling or snagging....so let me get a claim started and we will get some new material coming to fix this issue." It's May and we're still sitting with ruined carpet and have been ghosted by the company.
