- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Refunds and exchanges only allowed where applicable. This will not be allowed with ALL good and services. In the State of MN, there is a 45-day return period allowed for hearing aids. After that period, no refunds are available, but an exchange may be allowed if it's for the same level of technology. All returns and exchanges MUST be approved by the provider.
