He made sure to find the shingles color I wanted at a good price and a quality shingle. He was fast at get the roof scheduled once the shingles were in. He made sure I was happy with the job once it was complete.Review fromPat D

Due to hail storm in Aug of 2023, Perfect Exteriors replaced our roof, and downspouts, as well as window & door wraps. The coordination of the projects was seamless. Work was done when scheduled. Workers were polite and responsive. Clean up during & after each project was excellent.

After a hail storm last summer, we were sure we needed our roof replaced and unsure about where to go from there. So glad we reached out to Perfect Exteriors! Kyle and Tyler made the entire process incredibly easy from the start and really put us at ease. Not only were they committed to getting the job done right, they also made sure we were fully informed and comfortable w/ next steps the whole way through. From filing the claim to communication w/ the adjuster to choosing a shingle color, they kept us in the loop. It was a relief to know we were working w/ a team that had our best interest in mind - that was one of our biggest worries! From setup, to installation, to clean up, the crew was thorough and efficient. We also had them replace our gutters (our idea, not theirs), and can confirm they're in great working order after some of the heavy rains we've had this spring. We're very happy w/ the final product and would recommend Perfect Exteriors to anyone!Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota, LLC.

We needed someone to deal with the insurance company and Perfect Exteriors went to work to get the insurance company to pay for the hail damage we had.

5 starsPerfect Exteriors and their staff has renewed my faith in this industry. I had ***** out to examine my roof to be told that I had a pretty good roof. No push for a sale and educated me on my roof as well. To have a storm come through the next year. Had ***** out again to see that I had damaged to 1/2 of my roof for I have trees covering the other. I hired ***** and his team and he did amazing dealing with my insurance company. Got my whole roof replaced and my exterior building as well. On yo the replacement, Done in 1 day. 5 starsI am the treasurer for the Rolling Green office condo association in Medina.
We recently had Tyler and Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota, Inc. do complete roof replacements on 7 of our 8 - 3 unit condos. 1 of the condos had recently been replaced and was not needing replacement.
Tyler was instrumental in working with the insurance company in getting the roofs replaced and in following up with the insurance company to be sure all amounts due under the policy were received timely.
Tyler worked directly with our management company seamlessly and kept our involvement to a minimum, which the board appreciated since we are all on a volunteer basis.
The crew did a fantastic job averaging a building a day for the tear-off and replacement. The roofs all look fantastic, and with the great warranty that came with the shingles, we are not expecting any issues in the future.
They were also engaged to fix/replace damaged siding as needed and did a great job with that as well.
