    Took my care in for an oil leak. First appointment was told I needed a degrease and dye put into my oil so the could find the leak. Was told to drive for 500 miles so the dye could run through the oil. Brought it back after 50 miles because it started to leak again very badly. Was then told they couldnt see where the leak was coming from, so I needed to continually driving it for 500 miles. 150 miles later brought it back again because it was leaking badly and I didnt want to blow my engine. I drove it from my home to the shop which is about a mile away with no problem. This time I was told while pulling in my car from the parking lot to the inside of the shop the engine blew. They took no responsibility and blamed me. Quoted me ***** for a used engine plus labor. I disagreed with them and the manager ****** was nothing but rude and nasty towards me. Now Im down a car because of their negligence and they are doing nothing about it. Im being harassed to hurry up and get it fix by them for ***** plus labor or get my car from the parking lot immediately. I had a running vehicle when I took it in. Now I dont and nothing is being done about it.

    It pains me to write this review as our buying experience was good, but now that I'm in need of post-sale support (cancellation of an extended warranty) the communication has been non-existent. We sold our RV a few years after buying it and I contacted their team to pursue a pro-rated refund of our extended warranty (which was part of the reason I agreed to purchase it in the first place). That call was in April of this year and after several calls and emails reaching out for an update no one has gotten back to me and I have yet to receive my refund. I left a voicemail with their finance manager last week suggesting that I would have no choice but to leave negative feedback if I didn't hear back from them. As you can imagine, no response.
