I called and scheduled an alignment a week in advance. They were supposed to have me in on Wednesday. Quoted me $100 for one end or $160 for both front and back. Wednesday Morning dropped the car off to be aligned. Called during my lunch break to check on status. The guy I spoke with said that there is an issue because the alignment guy was out that day. They said they can get it in that next day (Thursday) right away in the morning. I left it there. Thursday I got a call at 12:36pm and stated that the rear tole link is loose and needs a new one. They are trying to get ahold of another business in town to get the part to fix it. Quoted me again and said it would be $130 for both front and back alignment, $75 for the part and $200 for labor. The guy called me back about an hour or so later and said he got ahold of the other dealership in town and was able to get that part and be able to put it in and finish it tomorrow (Friday). So I left the vehicle there again and the worker said he won't be there tomorrow but that he will leave a note and the workers will get it done tomorrow. He said there will be no other issues. Will be fixed up that next day and ready to go. Friday I again did not hear from them. Called on my lunch break. Another worker said he will go check and call me back. 2 hours later and no call back. I called after the 2 hours of waiting for a call back and they stated they are unable to get a bolt off without breaking it so that will be another $50 to $100 for that bolt and 4 and a half hours and my bill will now be $725. I told them I will come pick it up because I need it for the holiday weekend. I brought it to a friends shop for a second look and the link that was supposed to be loose was not. The bolt that was "stuck" and need to be broken off. Came right off. There was also no marks on showing they even took anything off to look at it. I had a 3rd site look at it and also agreed that everything looks great and moves as it should.
