  We got hit with back-to-back hailstorms and the contractors were knocking daily but I had just replaced my roof with very high-quality shingles about 8 years earlier and didn’t think there would be any real damage. But when my neighbor had Remac out I asked if he could look at mine when he was finished. Right away he pointed out all the granular material on my patio that came off the shingles. Then we got up on the roof, I didn’t notice much but he did, lots of hail strikes.
  He also didn’t like what he saw in one of the valleys and asked if he could look in the attic. Sure enough there was a wet spot on the insulation. It hadn’t soaked all the way through yet but it would eventually damage the ceiling in my dining room so that was another point to cover in my claim that I wouldn’t have known about. I said let's do it.
  Remac worked directly with my insurance company and put me on their schedule. They did my neighbor’s house in the morning, mine in the afternoon and were done by 4:00, that included a meticulous cleanup plus something else, the last contractor failed to put ice and water barrier over my front entry, water had got under the shingles and was rotting out the plywood. They replaced it (and a few other “mistakes” the last contractor made) and it didn’t cost me extra.
  Not only was I very satisfied but I would recommend Remac to anyone.
  PS: I was also having my house re-sided, but that outfit was taking their sweet time, working short days and that was if they showed up at all. Remac sent out one of their siding guys, he worked so fast he was just a blur and had it done in one day. I’m a happy customer all the way. And some of my other neighbors are still waiting for their roofing contractors to show up and/or finish what they started.

  People are quick to complain, not so quick to compliment. I guess Im one of those rare ones that will take a few minutes to thank someone when they go above and beyond. In my younger days I worked several facets of construction until the injuries put me in a suit. I do miss the building trades but what I really find hard today is finding trades people that take pride in their work and treat their customers right. Remac, you are ******************* in the present day, a welcome (and hard to find) change. ***
