    I purchased a wig unit from the owner back in August this wig quality is very is not up to standard. I email **** on 9/2 about the quality of the ******** unit. The hair continuously sheds, barely holds a curl, and when I originally opened the until it did not come styled as pictured on her website. She responded back to me on 9/4 said her unit was raw virgin hair and due to the fact its not process it takes a while to hold a curl. That is a lie I faithfully wear wig units and that is most definitely not true. I emailed her again asking for a partial refund at least trying to be understanding for her work and labor however she has not followed up with sense. Imaging paying $600 for a wig to constantly shed Everyday with every brush, matte in the nape area, and can barely holds a style. This hair quality and trash. I can respect her as a business owner if she responds back.
