    I usually do note take the time to write reviews unless there has been outstanding service provided. That has been my experience with CAP carpet. The integrity of a company is often not able to be measured until you experience how they respond after a "problem". We had concerns with Shaw (NOT CAP carpet) regarding the durability of a carpets we purchased and had installed by CAP. Bruce worked tirelessly with Shaw to resolve the concern to our satisfaction. His staff was polite and responsive throughout the process as well. Again, businesses are often accessible and helpful while they are trying to make a sale. It's when there are concerns that a reputable company will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. That has been my experience with CAP. Thank you Bruce and team!
